五香粉煎鸡
{材料} 鸡翅膀 6 只, 鸡胸肉300克(可用鸡腿肉或鸡块)
{腌料} 五香粉3 ½ 大匙, 盐 ½ 茶匙, 糖5大匙, 酸柑汁 (小的1 粒, 如果大的半粒就好)胡椒粉½ 茶匙, 栗米粉2大匙.
{做法}
1. 将鸡翅膀与鸡胸肉过水洗净后, 用五香粉, 盐 , 糖, 酸柑汁与胡椒粉腌至少半小时.
2. 从冰箱取出后才加栗米粉拌均匀后, 下热油锅以中火耐心地煎至熟或是暗红色即可.
Five Spice Powder Fried Chicken
{Ingredients} Chicken wings x 6, breast tenders x 300g (Can use chicken thigh or others parts)
{Marinades Sauce} Five spices powder x 3 ½ tbsp, salt x ½ tsp, sugar x 5 tbsp, lime juice (Small x 1, if little big size, half is enough) pepper x ½ tsp, corn starch x 2 tbsp.
{Method}
1. Wash and clean the chicken wings and breasts, marinate with marinades sauces except corn starch for at least 30 mins.
2. Remove from fridge only coat with corn starch , deep fry under medium heat until cook or dark red color.
