即煮酱白咖喱面 Instant Paste White Curry Noodle

「婆妈」不算很能吃辣,不过不会抗拒。Hockey的白咖喱即煮酱近期成为我家的至爱,😍它那不算很辣但就是很香浓的咖喱味,简单的搭配家里任何材料就可以搞定一餐啦。 我没有代言他们家的产品哈,就纯粹觉得很合我的胃口,不过...顺带一提他们家的Belacan炸鸡粉煎炸出来的belacan炸鸡真的好好好吃😋。

即煮酱白咖喱面

{材料} 水煮鸡蛋,白咖喱即煮酱包,熟面条适量,鱼肉片,秋葵片(洗净切片,用加点油和盐的沸水川烫过冷水,沥干备用),豆泡(切块状)。 

{做法} 

1. 鱼片和豆泡在沸水中煮熟,沥干备用。 

2. 将白咖喱即煮酱包和适量的清水煮沸,淋入加了煮熟配料的面碗中,趁热享用。

Instant Paste White Curry Noodle 

{Ingredients} Boiled eggs, white curry instant paste, cooked noodles, fish slices, okra slices (wash and sliced, blanch over boiling water that add with some salt and oil, drain well and set aside), tofu puff (cut into bite sized pieces). 

{Directions} 

1. Cook the fish slices and tofu puffs pieces in boiling water till cooked, drain and set aside. 

2. Then, cook instant paste with right amount of water and bring to boil, pour into the bowl that filled with cooked ingredients, serve hot.
