四季豆炒绞肉

四季豆炒绞肉

{材料} 四季豆x 150g, 绞肉x 250g, 红辣椒/指天椒(剁碎)x 1 tbsp

{调味料} 蒜头(剁碎) 1大匙, 豆酱(剁碎)2 大匙, 酱油1茶匙, 盐1/4茶匙, 胡椒粉少许

{做法}

1. 起油锅(油放多些,过多的等一下沥掉), 放入四季豆煎一煎后, 拿出备用.

2. 油锅内只留下2大匙的油, 爆香蒜头碎与红辣椒/指天椒碎后, 加入绞肉炒至变色. 然后加入胡椒粉少许, 盐, 酱油和豆酱碎炒匀炒香.

3. 最后, 加入四季豆拌炒一下即可.

{Ingredients} French bean x 150g, minced pork x 250g, red chili/chili paddy (chopped) x 1tbsp

{Seasonings} chopped garlic x 1 tbsp, chopped bean paste x 2 tbsp, soy sauce x 1 tsp, salt x ¼ tsp, pepper in proper amount.

{Method}

1. Heat up wok with some cooking oil ( oil can put more and drain off later), put in French bean to fry a while, then set aside.

2. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil, stir-fry chopped garlic and chopped red chili / chili paddy until fragrant; then add in the minced pork to stir fry till change color. Add in pepper, salt, soy sauce and chopped bean paste to stir well.

3. Lastly, put in fried French bean to mix well and serve.
