为了炸鸡想再次到访Lo-lo's Chicken and Waffles，不约而同的选择了想去依然位于Scottsdale的那家，因为已经搬至新店面了。想去感受新环境的氛围，结果周末还是要等， 等位置等了15分钟。

点了食物，那天人真的很多， 等了45分钟食物才送上。虽然，等的过程服务生跟我们自动交代的2-3次，还很有礼貌地说对不起得让你们再饿一会儿。那天的brunch用了将近两小时，但是我们吃得愉悦！

说实在的，他们家的炸鸡真的我的胃口，等迟些再去另一家即将开的新店再度享受那炸鸡的美味！

冬炎鸡块 Tomyam Chicken Slices 准备冬炎鸡块的过程 还是想念了，Tom Yam的滋味这几日在脑里浮现不停，频频提醒我该解解“渴”啦。以我的厨艺，得是简易快手菜才行啊，想不到做好的瞬间，被自己感动😹了。或许难以置信自己瞎搞乱煮也煮得算还行耶✌️，这证明了行动起来真的比心动💗来的更心满意足！！ 冬炎鸡块 {材料} 鸡腿块， 洋葱碎，红辣椒碎，蒜碎，九层塔适量 {腌料} 盐 ½ 茶匙， 麻油 ½ 茶匙， 蛋白 ½ 粒， 栗粉1茶匙 {调味料} 冬炎酱2汤匙，鱼露1汤匙，蚝油1汤匙，糖1 ½ 茶匙，辣椒酱1汤匙，淡奶1汤匙， 栗粉水1大匙 {做法} 1. 将鸡块用腌料腌上30分钟后， 稍微翻炒一会， 取出备用。 2. 烧热2大匙油爆香洋葱， 辣椒与蒜碎， 加入调味料搅拌均匀。 3. 然后， 加入鸡块， 加点水稍煮一下再加入九层塔与栗粉水煮至浓郁即可。 Tom Yam Chicken Slices {Ingredients} Chicken thigh (deboned sliced), chopped onion, chopped red chilies, chopped garlic, some basil leaves. {Marinades} Salt x ½ tsp, sesame oil x ½ tsp, egg white x ½, corn flour x 1 tsp {Seasonings} Tom yam paste x 2 tbsp, fish sauce x 1 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1tbsp, sugar x 1 ½ tsp, chili sauce x 1tbsp, evaporated milk x 1 tbsp, cornflour solution x 1 tbsp {Method} 1. 黑肉 Black Meat (O Bak) 黑肉 {材料} 猪肉片 （用黑酱油1茶匙，酱油1-2汤匙， 蚝油1茶匙，黑糖1茶匙，栗米粉1茶匙， 麻油和胡椒粉适量腌至少2小时或隔夜最好。） {调味料} 黑酱油1茶匙，酱油1茶匙， 水5汤匙，麻油， 胡椒粉和糖少许， 全部拌均备用。 {做法} 1. 起油锅把腌过的肉片煎一煎。 2. 然后下调味料煮至快收干即可。 Black Meat (O Bak) {Ingredients} Pork slices (marinate with black soy sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1-2tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, black sugar x 1 tsp, corn starch flour x 1tsp, some sesame oil and pepper for at least 2 hours or overnight.) {Seasonings} Black soy sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tsp, water x 5 tbsp, some sesame oil, pepper and sugar, mixed well and set aside. {Method} 1.
