即煮酱白咖喱面 Instant Paste White Curry Noodle

「婆妈」不算很能吃辣,不过不会抗拒。Hockey的白咖喱即煮酱近期成为我家的至爱,😍它那不算很辣但就是很香浓的咖喱味,简单的搭配家里任何材料就可以搞定一餐啦。 我没有代言他们家的产品哈,就纯粹觉得很合我的胃口,不过...顺带一提他们家的Belacan炸鸡粉煎炸出来的belacan炸鸡真的好好好吃😋。

即煮酱白咖喱面

{材料} 水煮鸡蛋,白咖喱即煮酱包,熟面条适量,鱼肉片,秋葵片(洗净切片,用加点油和盐的沸水川烫过冷水,沥干备用),豆泡(切块状)。 

{做法} 

1. 鱼片和豆泡在沸水中煮熟,沥干备用。 

2. 将白咖喱即煮酱包和适量的清水煮沸,淋入加了煮熟配料的面碗中,趁热享用。

Instant Paste White Curry Noodle 

{Ingredients} Boiled eggs, white curry instant paste, cooked noodles, fish slices, okra slices (wash and sliced, blanch over boiling water that add with some salt and oil, drain well and set aside), tofu puff (cut into bite sized pieces). 

{Directions} 

1. Cook the fish slices and tofu puffs pieces in boiling water till cooked, drain and set aside. 

2. Then, cook instant paste with right amount of water and bring to boil, pour into the bowl that filled with cooked ingredients, serve hot.

用心继续成长

2020的生日愿望:用💜心❤️继续成长...

人生的乐趣、美好,不在终点而在途中。生命的美在于体验过程,过程虽然免不了经常出现不请自来的恼人事,但“她”始终无比美丽。有了过程,才会发现生活的奇妙与情趣。体验过程,才会真正了解结果的丰富含义。经历过程,才会发现原来自己想要的,并不是结果,而是一个看似平凡又不平凡的过程。就像一位诗人说的:“灿烂生命充实的一小时抵得过庸庸碌碌的一辈子。”

2020的这个月份,竟然就这样踏入40了… 但却逐渐忘了来人间的本意。生活的最终目的是什么,相信每个男女人们都有自己的标准答案。冠病疫情期间经历了一些没有符合我期望的大小事,觉得自己又失败了,信心又丢了,深信的信念也开始动摇了… 总有某些时刻,生活会不经意地提醒你轻松的日子到头了,又有新的挑战等着你闯关以便可以继续用心再“成长“,让你继续保持努力,有一口气在都要尽力成为最好的自己,别辜负了活着的大好时光啊。

对我来说此生最昂贵的“护身符”,是知识和智慧。我喜欢把书当成宝贝,但不至于要教育天使们一辈子都要像我那样地爱书。不过,我想说
的是:“力所不能及的事做熟了,就是力所能及的事了。” 随着时间的流逝,慢慢地发现,其实我收获的远比当初放弃的要多。最重要的是天使们的成长历程不会因为我忙而停下脚步👣。别等到天使们不再需要陪伴的日子才来后悔当初没有积极参与一直提醒着我什么阶段该做些什么调整。每天睡觉前都想一下,心更坚强了一些没有?哈哈😄

每个男女人们都有自己的闪光点,属于自己的无人知晓,如果连自己都不愿意去相信自己能够更好,那么怎么会成就*最美*的自己呢?!相信自己的力量,乐观之余要知道没有什么可以把你打倒,唯一能打倒你的从来就只是自己。生活没有男女人们想象中那般寸步难行,只要不断努力用心的活着,不轻易向困难低头,永保初心,再小的紫罗兰也会有一片属于自己的天空。没有挫折,如何强大。Dont stop CREATE meaning for life! 

说穿了,别对生活反应过度,但要努力培养自己的观点。生命的系统对每个男女人而言,其实每个阶段都有其特别的美好。每个阶段都应该整理出来一些细节,试着跟自己沟通,思考一下什么该删除,什么该保留,定期挤出大脑的空间。这样才能让自己有空间变得越来越优秀,这样幸运之神就不会忘了要眷顾我们哦。只有我们自己一直都在准备好的状态中,才能看到进而达到去体会所谓的幸福生活。还有要懂得满足,懂得知足满足的人永远生活在天堂。记住,男女人们成功的关键因素就是要管得住自己的💜心❤️,为自己而努力就是正在为爱而努力...

椰糖桂花枸杞紫薯冻 Gula Melaka Osmanthus Flower Jelly


 
J说她“长大”很多了,很想要帮忙做Jelly...又来考验「婆妈」的耐性,哈哈哈😂之前不给她帮是因为怕她烫到,手没足够的力量怎么能帮忙呢,对不?!她真的真的真的很爱出访「婆妈」的专属厨房,是该感到欣慰的...呵呵呵呵呵呵😄


椰糖桂花枸杞紫薯冻

{材料} 即溶果冻粉10克,枸杞适量(泡热水15分钟,沥干备用),桂花1汤匙(泡热水15分钟,沥干备用),蒸紫薯水150毫升,清水800毫升,椰糖150克。

{做法}

1. 先把泡好的枸杞子和桂花适量的分配在模具中。

2. 然后,蒸紫薯水,清水和椰糖煮至完全融化后。

3. 再加入果冻粉煮至完全融化和冒泡, 待稍微冷却后倒入模具中。

4. 冷藏2-3小时后即可享用。

Gula Melaka Osmanthus Flower Jelly

{Ingredients} Jelly powder x 10g, some gojiberries (soaked in hot water for 15 mins, drain well and set aside), Osmanthus flower x 1 tbsp (soaked in hot water for 15 mins, drain well and set aside), steamed purple sweet potatoes water x 150ml, water x 800ml, gula Melaka x 150g.

{Directions}

1. Divide the goji berries and Osmanthus flower evenly into jelly molds.

2. Then, slow cook the purple sweet potatoes water, water and gula Melaka until fully dissolved.

3. Add in jelly powder, stir-well and bring it to boil and until the mixture is dissolved, pour the solution into the jelly molds.

4. Keep refrigerated for 2-3 hours and serve chilled.

烤箱版薯条 Oven Baked French Fries

烤箱版薯条 Oven Baked French Fries
这次有用沸水川烫一下,沥干过程有点儿费时,建议提前30分钟做好。
开始很有耐心一排一排的排,到最后随便挤一挤,哈哈!
不容易翻面的薯条,粉裹得不够均匀吧?!
别以貌取“薯条”,她们口中的“它们”可是非常有滋有味儿的...说真的,她们给了婆妈的我坚持为她们为家人下厨的理由,一直蜜语甜言的,再怎么忙也会愿意挤一挤时间当煮妇。天使们开始越来越会拍照了,完成品的照片拍的不错吧,哈哈哈哈😂

烤箱版薯条

{材料} 马铃薯3粒(洗净去皮,切条状泡水洗净表面淀粉),盐适量(烤好才撒入,可不放。)

{抹表面用} 玉米淀粉1-2汤匙,橄榄油3汤匙盐,混合均匀备用。

{做法}

1. 切好的薯条用沸水川烫1分钟左右,捞起沥干水份, 多余的水份一定要用厨房纸巾吸干。

2. 烤盘铺上锡纸后抹上一层薄薄的橄榄油,纸袋中放入抹表面用的材料,把控干水份的薯条倒入不停地抖动使每条薯条都沾上粉和油,然后排好。(尽量不重叠!)

3. 放入预热好的烤箱210°C中层,先烤15分钟;然后翻面再烤15-20分钟即可。

4. 烤好,撒上适量的盐,待冷5分钟即可享用。

Oven Baked French Fries

{Ingredients} Potatoes x 3 (peel and cut into evenly-sized, soaked in water), some salt. (will sprinkle on at the very end, optional.)

{Glazing} Corn starch x 1-2 tbsp, olive oil x 3 tbsp, mix well and set aside.

{Directions}

1. Well-cut potato fries need to blanch over the hot boiling water for at least 1 min, rinse, drain and pat dry with kitchen towels.

2. Baking tray cover with parchment sheet with a thin layer of olive oil or any other cooking oil, ziplop back put in the glazing mixture, transfer the fries into the bag and toss evenly to ensure each fries coated with the oil, transfer to baking tray and arrange well. (Do not overlapping if possible!)

3. Bake in pre-heated oven at 210°C for 15 mins first, flip the fries and bake for another 15-20 mins.

4. Remove baking tray from oven, season the fries with some salt (optional), and let it rest
for 5 mins only enjoy it.

南瓜蛋炒字母意面 Stir-fry Alphabet Pasta with Pumpkin and Egg

材料准备好,起油锅炒,炒,炒。
生菜丝摆盘时才放上点缀一下。
小帮厨J的那一份,她喜欢视觉效果👍😋
还是坚持炒蛋,差不多有鸡蛋的料理她都非要帮忙不可。她这份坚持能带给她许许多多的乐趣,一直沉浸在其中。

 南瓜蛋炒字母意面

{材料} 字母意面适量,鸡蛋2粒(加点酱油,芝麻油和胡椒粉打散),肉丝(加点酱油和胡椒粉腌一下),鱼饼丝,南瓜条,萝卜丝,生菜丝,大葱丁和蒜碎适量。

{调味料}高汤6-8汤匙,几滴酱油。

{做法}

1. 先把意面用加了盐和橄榄油的沸水川烫好备用。

2. 先把鸡蛋炒熟备用。

3. 再起1汤匙油锅爆香葱蒜碎, 加入南瓜和萝卜丝翻炒一下再加入肉丝拌炒至变色。

4. 然后,加入鱼饼丝继续拌炒,倒入高汤,字母意面和调入几滴酱油炒一炒。

5. 最后,加入炒好的鸡蛋翻炒均匀即可。

Stir-fry Alphabet Pasta with Pumpkin and Egg

{Ingredients} Some alphabet pasta, eggs x 2 (beaten with some soy sauce , sesame oil and pepper), shredded meat (marinate with some soy sauce and pepper), shredded fish cakes, pumpkin slices, shredded carrots, shredded lettuce, some diced onions and chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Broth x 6-8 tbsp, few drops of soy sauce.

{Directions}

1. Cook the alphabet pasta with boiling water that add with ½ tsp salt and olive oil, follow by drain well and then set aside.

2. Heat up some cooking oil to fry egg till well cooked and set aside.

3. Heat up 1 tbsp of cooking oil to saute chopped garlic and onions till fragrant, add pumpkin and carrots to stir-fry, follow by add in shredded meat to stir-frying till change colour.

4. Then, add in shredded fish cakes, follow by pour in broth, cooked pasta and few drops of soy sauce to toss for a while.

5. Lastly, add in cooked egg to stir-fry till well combine and serve hot.

清炒山药云耳 Stir Fried Cloud Ear and Chinese Yam
近期走清淡兼养生路线
山药云耳挺合拍的,是天使们少了“视觉”效果依然捧场的菜肴之一。黑木耳其实也叫云耳,就是木耳的一种,英文版也有几个版本的名字。这次用“Cloud Ear”纯粹是因为black fungus用久了忘了它还有另几个名字,给自己上上课多认几个名词。呵呵😄

清炒山药云耳

{材料} 山药丁(用加了一点盐的沸水川烫一下,过冷水备沥干用),云耳适量(泡软半小时后切块状),蒜碎 ½ 茶匙,姜碎一点。

{调味料} 鲍鱼汁1茶匙,高汤6-8汤匙,白醋几滴,盐和胡椒粉适量,玉米淀粉水2汤匙勾芡用(1汤匙玉米淀粉 vs 2 汤匙清水)。

{做法}

1. 起1汤匙橄榄油锅爆香蒜姜碎后,加入山药,云耳和调味料(除了玉米淀粉水)煮滚后再加入玉米淀粉水转小火煮大约3-5分钟左右即可。

Stir Fried Cloud Ear and Chinese Yam

{Ingredients} Diced Chinese yam (blanch over with boiling water that add with some salt, rinse with cold water, drain well and set aside), some cloud ear (soaked till tender for about 30 mins, cut into bite size pcs), chopped garlic x ½ tsp, a pinch of chopped ginger.

{Seasonings} Abalone sauce x 1tsp, , broth x 6-8 tbsp, white vinegar few drops, some salt and pepper, corn flour solution x 2 tbsp (1tbsp of corn flour vs 2 tbsp of water).

{Directions}

1. Heat up 1 tbsp of cooking oil to saute chopped garlic and ginger till fragrant, add in Chinese yam, cloud ear, seasonings (except corn flour solution) and bring it to boil, follow by add in corn flour solution and cook in low heat for about 3-5 mins. Serve hot.

芝士南瓜肉碎鸡蛋盖饭 Cheese, Pumpkin, Meat and Egg Rice Bowl
一切从她最爱的炒鸡蛋“玩”起...如今,依然天天不请自来腻在厨房中享受与「婆妈」的厨房乐。「婆妈」的耐心从有限的逐渐受她的毅力影响而变成无限的啦💜💪🏻💜💪🏻。每次看着她尽力地争取做着她能力所及的事,「婆妈」也每次都能善用完全不同的角度来站在“她”的视角去体验一下生活乐趣。

芝士南瓜肉碎鸡蛋盖饭

{材料} 芝士一片,萝卜丝,鸡蛋两粒 (加点酱油,芝麻油和胡椒粉打散),南瓜丁,刷刷肉(切丝或碎),蒜葱碎适量。

{调味料} 鲍鱼汁 ½ 茶匙,高汤适量。

{做法}

1. 先起油锅爆香一点小红葱碎,加入萝卜丝拌炒一下后倒入蛋液炒熟备用。

2. 再起油锅爆香蒜葱碎,加入南瓜丁拌炒一下, 调入调味料小火煮2分钟左右。

3. 加入肉丝拌炒至熟后倒入鸡蛋继续翻炒一下即可。

4. 把炒好的南瓜肉丝鸡蛋放在白饭上, 放上一片车打芝士。

5. 饭锅保温5-8分钟左右即可享用。

Cheese, Pumpkin, Meat and Egg Rice Bowl

{Ingredients} Cheddar cheese x 1 slice, shredded carrots, eggs x 2 (beaten with some soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper), diced pumpkin, shabu-shabu meat (shredded or minced), some chopped garlic and shallots.

{Seasonings} Abalone sauce x ½ tsp, , some broth.

{Directions}

1. Heat up some cooking oil to saute chopped shallots till fragrant, add in shredded carrots to stir-fry a while only pour in egg mixture to continue stirring till cooked and set aside.

2. Heat again some cooking oil to saute chopped garlic and shallots, add in diced pumpkin to stir-fry, add in seasonings and cook under low heat for about 2 mins.

3. Add in shredded meat to continue stirring till cooked, follow by add in cooked egg to stir a while.

4. Put cooked pumpkin meat egg on top of rice, follow by add a pcs of cheddar cheese on top.

5. Keep warm in rice cooker for 5-8 mins. Serve hot.

简单的事情重复做,她真的越来越上手了...关于最爱鸡蛋🥚,她付出很多的时间和汗水...「婆妈」也从她身上学到了某些情商哲理 - 别催,每天我一直在努力进步当中☺️💪🏻💜,真的!

菠菜蛋

{材料} 菠菜适量 (先用加了点橄榄油和盐的沸水川烫一分钟左右,沥干备用),鸡蛋两粒(加点酱油,芝麻油和胡椒粉打散),小红葱碎和蒜碎适量。

{调味料} 高汤5汤匙。

{做法}

1. 起橄榄油锅爆香小红葱碎, 倒入鸡蛋液翻炒至熟备用。

2. 再起油锅爆香蒜碎,放入川烫好的菠菜和高汤拌炒一下,加入鸡蛋翻炒均匀即可。

Spinach Eggs

{Ingredients} Baby spinach (blanch over boiling water that add with some salt and few drops of olive oil),eggs x 2 (beaten with some soy sauce , sesame oil and pepper), some chopped shallots and garlic.

{Seasonings} Broth x 5 tbsp.

{Directions}

1. Heat up some cooking oil to saute chopped shallots till fragrant, add in egg mixture to stir-fry till cooked and set aside.

2. Heat another round of some cooking oil to saute chopped garlic, put in cooked spinach and broth to stir-fry a while, follow by add in cooked egg to sti-fry till well mix. Serve hot.

每个男女人们对生活的定义有很多版本的答案。对「婆妈」而言 - 生活的目的是成长,在陪伴着天使们成长的同时「婆妈」也再次成长...只是这次的成长注重修的“课程”大多关于情商居多。她们曾几何时把「婆妈」逼得完全失去理智,没了自信,大吼大叫地教养方式说好的不会出现在我家...但事与愿违...关于育儿这些琐事,我就不多说了。很想提的是,天使们让「婆妈」明白了更多更多更多与她们一起“拼”过来的过程...过程中更深刻明白:成长多或少不是重点, 重要的是每一天都在努力学习,尽力成长的步伐中,偶尔会歇息但不轻易放弃。

 杏鲍菇炒蛋

{材料} 鸡蛋两粒 (加点酱油,芝麻油和胡椒粉打散),杏鲍菇丝适量,小红葱碎和蒜碎适量。

{调味料} 酱油几滴。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜葱碎,调入几滴酱油后才加入杏鲍菇丝翻炒一会儿。

2. 然后,倒入鸡蛋液翻炒至熟即可。

Scrambled Egg with King Oyster Mushroom

{Ingredients} Eggs x 2 (beaten with some soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper), some shredded king oyster mushroom, some chopped shallots and garlic.

{Seasonings} Few drops of soy sauce.

{Directions}

1. Heat up some cooking oil to sauté chopped garlic and shallot till fragrant, season in few drops of soy sauce, follow by add in king oyster mushroom to continue stirring for a while.

2. Then, pour in egg mixture to stir-fry until cooked, Serve hot.
