万能蒜葱辣椒酱蒸排骨

{材料}排骨350克(洗净血水), 香菜(洗净切碎)

{腌料} 万能拌炒酱2大匙,姜碎1/2 茶匙, 酸梅酱1汤匙, 豆油一茶匙,盐与胡椒粉少许

{做法}

1. 把排骨放在耐热的盘上, 放入腌料腌上一小时。

2. 蒸锅内把水煮沸后, 放入排骨关盖蒸一小时半后, 撒上香菜碎拌均即可。

{Ingredients} Spare ribs x 350g (washed), cilantro (wash and chopped)

{Marinades Sauce} Multipurpose sauce x 2 tbsp, chopped ginger x ½ tsp, plum sauce x 1 tbsp, soy sauce x 1 tsp, some salt and pepper

{Method}

1. Place spareribs on a plate that heatable, marinate with marinades sauce for at least 1 hour.

2. Pour in right amount of water and bring to boil, put in spareribs and steam under medium heat for 1 and half hours. Sprinkle with some chopped cilantro and mix them well. Serve hot.
