{材料} 玉米罐头1罐, 火腿2片(切丁), 鸡蛋3粒(加盐,胡椒粉与麻油打散),青葱1支(洗净,切丁),鸡高汤5杯, 水适量

{调味料} 盐1茶匙, 栗粉水2大匙

{做法}

1. 起油锅把火腿丁煎过备用。

2. 锅中倒入高汤与适量的水煮滚, 加入玉米以中火煮沸后, 调入盐拌均再加栗粉水勾芡才倒入蛋汁,再次煮滚。

3. 要食用时, 撒上火腿丁与青葱即可。

Corn and Egg Drop Soup

{Ingredients} Corn kernels x 1 tin, ham x 2 slices (diced), eggs x 3 (beaten in bowl with some salt, pepper and sesame oil), green onion x 1 stalk (wash and diced), chicken stock x 5 cups, some water.

{Seasonings} Salt x 1 tsp, corn flour solution x 2 tbsp

{Method}

1. Heat up little oil to fry diced ham a while and set aside.

2. Pour chicken stock and some water, bring to boil and add in corn kernels; and bring to boil again over medium heat, season with salt and stir well, thicken with corn flour solution follow by our in egg mixture, cook till soups turn to boil again.

3. Sprinkle with some ham and diced green onions just before serving.
